24hr Service Desk
Clients should expect the highest service levels, with this in mind we have grown our business to deliver superior service for our clients.
Within our business model we’ve placed key focus on our 24 Hour Service Desk. It drives information continuously to ensure that operational services are constantly meeting our clients expectations. In this way we deliver real value and reduce business risk.
Our 24/7 Service Desk operates 365 days of the year. The main features of this support service include:
- Service Desk logs calls immediately and refers work orders directly to the appropriate operations team
- All communication is by email and mobile
- Service Desk is manned by directly employed professionals from 8am to 8pm, and by our trained partner paging company outside of these hours
- All work is scheduled, either as PPM or reactive services
- Service Desk is in regular communication with the client representatives
- There is an escalation process so that all matters are appropriately and successfully attended to
- Communication is always polite and efficient
- Our service extends to out of hours, and appropriate holiday and sickness cover is always in place
- One phone call to our Service Desk and our clients are assured that their issue is being handled – with feedback communication if necessary
